General Terms

By accessing and using the AA & Stainless Hardware website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website and physical store.

Products & Pricing

All product prices are listed in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations may occur. Prices displayed on the website may differ from in-store prices.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept MTN Mobile Money, Equity Bank transfers, and cash payments. All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are out of stock.

Delivery

We deliver across Kigali and Rwanda. Delivery times and fees vary based on location and order size. Standard delivery in Kigali is within 1-3 business days. For large orders or remote locations, delivery schedules will be communicated upon order confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom fabricated items are non-returnable. Defective products will be replaced at no additional cost.

Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Quote Requests

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quoted prices are estimates and may vary based on final specifications, materials availability, and project scope changes.

Limitation of Liability

AA & Stainless Hardware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service in question.

Governing Law

Ces conditions sont régies par les lois de la République du Rwanda. Tout litige sera soumis à la juridiction exclusive des tribunaux de Kigali.
